4pm a Solidarity Revue in the Theatre foyer
4pm Caroline Norton reporting  from Palestinian Olive harvest
4:30pm  Q&A with Tom Mellish TUC Against Austerity.
5-15pm   Mike Bannister and friends from Pinkney’s Poetry Café, Halesworth (Solidarity Poems specially commissioned)
6pm John Ward and friends sing-a-long with labour and solidarity folk songs
The day will feature Palestinian food and Lowestoft Fairtrade stall (collecting for Aid for Gaza)
Saber from Waveney Palestine Solidarity campaign will speak before the start of the evening event about Aid for Gaza.

A double bill of video-ballads from Banner Theatre

Weaving original live music with recorded interviews, video and songs, Burning Issues celebrates the 30thanniversary of the great 1984/5 miners’ strike with a particular focus on the battle of Orgreave. In A Right State!celebrates the struggles of past generations who fought to create the NHS and of current generations campaigning to defend our public services today.
