To all friends and supporters,
A reminder that next Saturday 9th of April at 1pm, Norwich PSC will be hosting our Annual General Meeting.
Our original guest speaker, Roger McKenzie General Secretary of Liberation, has had to postpone, due to unforeseen circumstances. We do hope you will all join us in welcoming him at a future meeting.
In place, we will begin the afternoon by leading a discussion on Amnesty International’s recent investigative report which concludes that Israel is practising the crime of Apartheid against Palestinians. Amnesty’s report echoes the findings of both Human Rights Watch and B’Tselem and, of course, follows many years of scholarship in the Palestinian intellectual tradition. We will discuss what we can learn from the release of the report and how it might impact our organising for Palestinian rights.
The AGM will follow and will be a meeting to reflect on the year just gone, discuss our plan for the year ahead and to vote for branch officers.
All PSC members and non-member supporters alike are welcome. Only Members will be allowed to vote.
We look forward to seeing many of you there.
